Shipping
All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail
PLEASE NOTE: All single card postcard orders and orders under $30 ship in a stamped envelope, and therefore do not come with tracking information (USPS estimates that these shipments typically take about 3-8 days within the US)
Upgraded shipping is added free of charge to orders over $30. This adds tracking to your order and additional protection to the items as they are shipped in a rigid mailer instead of a normal envelope.
United States: 3 - 8 business day
International: We do not currently ship outside of the US
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and your countries carrier.
Processing Time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies.
Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Your payment information is secure. We never receive your credit card or bank information. We use Square Payments and Paypal to process credit card information. Square complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).

The PCI DSS is the highest information security standard for organizations or companies that accept credit card payments. This standard provides protection of the privacy and confidentiality of the card's data used to complete the online transaction.
PCI Compliance helps to create a secure environment by improving the quality of the cardholder data in order to reduce the rate of credit card fraud cases. In addition, it ensures that the data for each payment is stored securely in a tamper-proof manner.

Returns
We do not accept returns at this time, if an item is damaged during shipping, we will send a new one free of charge.

Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, color variations on cards and prints may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual printed product.
